Harmonizing Spirit, Soul and Soma – S33
Human beings are tripartite. That is, we consist of 3 parts; spirit (your light essence), soul (mind, will, emotions and intellect) and body (which we the authors refer to as soma; the Greek word for the body).
As a human being, you are spirit first and foremost, you have a soul and you live in a soma (body). We at UR Designed refer to this trio of spirit, soul and soma as the ‘3Be-ing’:
This represents your spirit, soul and soma being together in unity as one 3 part being. That is, the representation of your spirit, soul and soma just naturally ‘be-ing’ in and operating from their magnificence.
There is a difference between your soul, which most people are familiar with and your spirit, which is very rarely if ever acknowledged or spoken of as being separate from the soul. Often people use these two facets of human makeup interchangeably. However, this can have a de-legitimizing effect on the human spirit itself and ultimately on the whole being of the person.
A Few Definitions:
Spirit– In simple terms, this is your light essence. It is the real you; the core of who you are. It is the part of your being that connects with The Creator. Your spirit which is light came out from The Creator who is the Eternal Light. Your spirit is made of the same light that He is yet He is not diminished by you having some of His light.
Soul– Generally speaking this is your mind, will, emotions and intellect. Your soul basically has one “foot” in the spiritual realm and the other in the physical realm. It interfaces with the spirit and body.
“We were created to understand and move in two dimensions simultaneously; the natural and the spiritual realms. For the spiritual and the earthly to work together it is necessary to have a third element that will allow them to communicate and make them compatible with each other. For this purpose, God created a magnificent device called the soul.”

Soma – the Greek word for the physical body. The soma operates in the ‘natural’ (physical) realm. It is the physical structure of your being – brain, flesh, bones and organs that make up your body. It is the totality of the physical makeup of your being. The outer circle represents the body (it is the physical that we can see, interactive with the physical world, one we are most familiar with, and we access it with our 5 senses.
Our core belief at UR Designed is that your 3Be-ing were designed to operate in harmony with one another and with creation, and all were designed to synchronize to The Creator.
Ideally, when your human spirit is in the lead and your 3Be-ing are synchronized with The Creator, His words, His principles and His ways, and they are in harmony with His creation, you are able to manifest your best. You are in S33 Harmony (S3 to the 3 Harmony) when this occurs. Life runs more smoothly and you are more efficient and productive in your daily activities when your 3Be-ing is in ‘S33 Harmony‘.
We should be striding towards S33 Harmony as the norm in our day, every day. Notice that it is not ‘striving for‘. It is a striding towards. It is about moving forward in. As a 3Be-ing it is about ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’. Every day you get one step closer to that place. Grace and ease without stress…just an intentional moving forward toward the prize and the high call on your life without the struggle that leads to distress.
As you discover your design and your human spirit grows, becomes stronger, and the treasures within it are unpacked, you are able to pursue and fulfil your life’s purpose and calling with a greater level of flow.
The soma interacts on a physical level, yet it is affected not only by the spiritual and physical realms but by feelings and emotions as well. Your human spirit has the capability of governing both your soma and your soul when it is robust and strong enough to override the will of the soul and soma. Your soul, however, is like the bridge between spirit and soma and it is able to interface with both those facets of your being. Although the spirit and soul appear to function separately they are still very much connected to one another, yet they are separate in essence. This may seem to be a simplistic way of explaining a complex dynamic and process. However, for a general understanding, without becoming too complicated, and for the purpose of explaining and interacting with the UR Designed model, we will use the above as our functional principles.
When your 3Be-ing are in their optimal “positions” creating a rich, dynamic, balance and synergy in an individual’s life, S33 Harmony is achieved. This harmonic synergy among the trio forms a cohesive system that functions as it was originally designed to by the Creator. The ideal posture of the spirit is to take the lead in front of or above the soul in order to oversee the governance of both the soul and soma.
The Scoop on S33 Harmony
S33 is read, ‘S3 to the 3rd power’, or ‘S3 to the power of 3’ and in the RYMMz paradigm, S33 Harmonyis read S3 to the 3 Harmony.
Ur Designed uses this principle to represent the concept of exponential growth and the power that is available when your 3Be-ing are in harmony with one another and the Creator of the universe. Rather than this being a quantitative expression of growth and power, in the UR Designed paradigm, it is more of a qualitative representation. The raised number 3 expresses the concept of exponential growth and power.
In essence, your 3Be-ing should work together as a unit for the purpose of accomplishing the Creator’s ultimate plan for your life.
S33 represents your 3Be-ing operating together as a united whole.
S33 Harmony-Life Wheel Explained: (refer to the diagram on page 1)
The wheel shows the dynamic relationship between the spirit, soul and soma and your dynamic relationship to The Creator. Any Path can be accessed from the outer ‘soma’ circle or “wheel”, signifying that everything in the wheel is interrelated and interconnected either directly or indirectly.
The S33 Harmony-Life Wheel is in the proper position when the RYMMember Your Maker Pathway is at the top facing ‘North’ with the words soma, soul, spirit and Maker in direct alignment underneath it and can be easily read without having to turn your head or the wheel. This is the most important Pathway of them all.
It is your compass; your “True North”, and helps you to remain stable, grounded and anchored to the Truth of who The Creator is and who you are and where you may be out of balance in your life.
RYMMember Your Maker is the very first Path that you should take before entering any of the other Pathways. The diagram shows that it is possible to enter any of the Pathways without going through the main Gateway RYMMember Your Maker.
However, you should consider your Maker before attempting to Relax Your Muscles, Release Your eMotions, Renew Your Mind, Restore Your Memories, Recall Your Magnificence and especially attempting to Manifest Your Best, as it is He who will partner with you and empower you in each of these Pathways to grow exponentially and achieve far beyond what you ever thought or imagined you could achieve.
Each Pathway is a spoke in the wheels within the S33 Harmony-Life Wheel.
To keep balanced it is important that you do not access the other Pathways until you move through RYMMember Your Maker first, as it is the primary Pathway. It is The Gateway of RYMMz to true Harmony. Going through this first will help to open up your relational circuits and put you in a posture to effectively work through the rest of the RYMMz.
What affects the spirit will impact the soul and the soma. What affects the soma will impact the spirit and the soul and what impacts the soul will also impact the spirit and soma. This is the S33 dynamic.
- Centre Circle – Hub of the wheel – Represents the human spirit (the Light essence in all it’s magnificent colours). The rainbow colours throughout the diagram also symbolize this Light essence. The human spirit possesses all the colours of the rainbow and manifests in the form of vibrant light when you are shining. The 7 Colours of the Rainbow- represent the Light essence of the human spirit. All 7 come together to create white light.
- Middle Circle -Represents the human soul (mind, will, emotions and intellect)
- Outer Circle – Represents the human soma. This is the physical structure of a being which includes all components that make up the human body. It is the total physical makeup of your being. It is the physical that we can see and it interacts with the physical world. Yet it can be acted upon by the spiritual and soul realms. We are most familiar with this part of our being. We access it with our 5 senses.
- Eyes- The Gates to the RYMMz Pathways. They represent seeing the full picture, and access to wisdom from the Creator.
- The S33 Harmony-Life Wheel can help you to know when you are becoming unbalanced and will reveal the way back to being centred. The way back is always through the RYMMember your Maker Pathway before working your way through any other Pathway.
- The 7 RYMMz Pathways are like the spokes of a wheel. They touch each layer marked by the spirit, soul, soma. We keep coming back to RYMMember Your Maker because it is the main “Artery” and is the centre (central) to everything else.
So as you move through the RYMMz and enter through the Maker Gateway first, you will come into S33 Harmony, and you will begin to see who you really are as you see Creator for who He really is since you were created in His image and likeness. You are a mini version of His infinite greatness. So Recall Your Magnificence and Manifest Your Best self now!
