This journey will help each participant to begin to maximize their UR Designed potential.
UR Designed Live Encounter
This one-day group “playshop” included movement, activations, freedom tools and techniques. Our theme was Elevate, where we taught about setting your intention and transforming your life.
Participants learned how to shift their limiting beliefs and elevate their emotional state to intentionally reset their goals and accomplish their desired outcomes.
This new spiritual concept was open to participants, graduates of the UR Designed 63-day experience, Tribe members and anyone interested in exploring a unique approach to transformation.
RYMMz MOVE- meant™
This basic beginner 7 MOVE-meant™ sequence set to the RYMMz pathways are a free gift to the world. RYMMz desire is to give these away and for people everywhere to begin to feel the benefits of doing RYMMz.

Repetition
the act of repeating something already said or done, to do an action again, the power of repetition. In Ur Designed we are constantly repeating concepts as a built-in part of the nature of our design. This is how we learn.
Intentionality
The act of being deliberate or purposive. Living and making decisions with understanding and intentionality is a core belief when living your original design as a lifestyle.
Motion
is more than just movement and it deals with the multifaceted dynamics of time, space, energy, power, and change. It has inerrant healing qualities when intentful and connected or directed to a life source.
Systems
Our whole Universe has been built around interconnected networks and systems. When chaos was brought into order there was put into place a specific set of principles or procedures that help to govern at a macro and micro level. UR Designed has been based upon this concept.
