Release Your eMotions

We have 6 basic primary emotions that all other secondary emotions are based from.
Joy, Sadness, Disgust/contempt, Fear, Anger, Surprise/anticipation
Love is the source where all emotion should originally stem from. This is why we are Releasing our eMotions to Creator, the source of perfect love.
Emotions and feelings are many times confused when talking about them. In helping to clarify we have shared a definition of emotions and emotional feelings as:
Emotions are a natural, Creator designed, subconscious state of mind based from individual and collective circumstances, mood, or relationships with others. Emotions are neurological reactions to an emotional stimulus that are often experienced and recognized through our 5 senses.
We create our own emotions they don’t just happen to us. We do have the power to change, shape and reframe our emotions to work for us and not against us.
Feelings start in our brain, they are sparked on by emotions and colored by personal experiences, beliefs, memories, and thoughts linked to that particular emotion. A feeling is a by product of your brain perceiving an emotion and assigning a certain meaning to it.
Our thoughts, emotions, feelings, beliefs and memories are all connected in a very intricate dance that is woven and weaved together. We can’t deal with one without it affecting or revealing something about one or more of the other.
In the Academy nominated children’s animated movie “Inside Out” Joy speaks to the rest of the emotions and says “All right everyone, fresh start! We’re gonna have a good day, which will turn into a good week, which will turn into a good year, which will turn into a good life! [She turns to Sadness] Think positive!”
This movie has such a great overall message that we must learn to embrace and not deny all of our emotions and not just live in a virtual state of positivity without embracing and integrating our truth and reality. In the end of the movie the hero turns out to be Sadness, as she helps the main character Riley to navigate the truth with her new emotional feelings about moving away to new city and growing up from a child to a teenager.
You need to be mindful as you embrace the tough emotions (all emotions when embraced correctly are “good” as they originated from Creator) and begin to integrate them into your situation, circumstances and overall personal well being.
Your emotions interact with each other and sometimes conflict, but all of your emotions were created to work together for balance and harmony to allow you to fulfil your individual purpose and design.
Supressed emotional feelings can create “neuro chemical chaos” as Caroline Leaf calls it. Toxic emotions that have not been dealt with can erupt like a volcano at the most inopportune time if we do not do the pre-work involved with our thoughts, beliefs, memories and experiences.
We can reframe our responses to our emotions and make them work for us.
Sometimes when the stresses of life arise, we are triggered and we end up reacting inappropriately instead of responding effectively to life’s circumstances.
Have you ever gotten into a conversation with another person and you have every intention of not arguing, and the other person says something that gets you riled and you’re not even sure why, but you overreact? At that point emotions can go into overdrive, sending self control running for cover, leaving a wake of regret, hurt feelings or worse, behind in the shrapnel.
When emotions get the best of you, and you are manifesting less than your best, position Creator in between you and the other person.See Him standing in the space between you both and thank Him for taking His place in the midst of the conflict.
Divine positioning and connection with The Creator of the universe, will help you greatly in stabilizing your emotions.
Daily give Creator all life-limiting eMotions. Receive what He gives back to you in the intensity needed for that particular day.
Release Your eMotions, also means the release of harmonious emotions outwardly. When you are feeling joyful, loving, kind, generous, etc., release those eMotions by dancing, leaping, playing, doing random acts of kindness for those around you to spread that high frequency to others and the atmosphere. Energy is contagious and can uplift you and those around you, or bring everybody down within its reach. Release those harmonious emotions in appropriate intensity. Synchronize your spirit and soul, with your spirit in front by asking your soul to step to the side and allow your spirit to step up to the front.
Loose eMotions from your soul that are not congruent with your Truth. Let go of what hinders you. eMotional trauma wounds in the soul that may have warped the timeline must also be healed. Begin to release all the emotions in their correct frequency and intensity.
Saying- “I release anger from within. I release joy from within. I release sadness from within. I release the mix and eMotions I don’t understand-you will be used for the purposes of divine order and love today”
This RYMMz movement is a way to shift your emotional state and here you are releasing any type of repressed emotion as you breathe deeply. You may have to stay here for a while until you feel your emotional state shift. Just keep doing this move-meant until you sense you can move on. You may have to go through all the RYMMz a few times before the shift takes place. Do not give up. It will happen. Deeper work may be necessary if this is a longstanding strong hold of fear, anger or a mask of joy.
Emotional Intelligence is the ability to identify, express and communicate emotions, feelings and their original origin.
It is also important to know which stimuli creates what emotion within you personally, so you can have ways to shift your states of emotion when necessary. For example; music and singing fuels energy for eMotions for many people.
You need to begin to ask yourself, recognize and name which emotion is driving/leading at any given time. This is growing in emotional intelligence.
Emotional Intelligence Exercise
Naming your emotion makes what you are feeling clearer for others and for yourself.
You will begin to feel more grounded and more secure as you decipher the pattern behind your emotions.
- Write out any emotional feelings you have felt personally-lost, loved, anxious, abandoned, giddy, peaceful ( For more names see list below)
- Write out feelings you have never felt -devastated, hopeless, depressed
- Write out the six basic Emotions- Happy, Sad, Anger, Fear, Disgust and Surprise and categorize all of these feelings under one of these
- Now sit and try to remember (recall a memory) a time when you felt one of these emotions/feelings
- Feel the emotion and lean into the feelings attached to the memory
- Add 2 or 3 additional descriptive words to each of these emotional feelings
- Ask Creator if there is a pattern in your life with this emotion

*Sage leaves can be burned as incense in your home as a cleansing agent. It helps to cleanse the air of toxins and it has a similar effect on the human body. Physically it disinfects the body and helps to calm the nervous system. When those life-limiting emotions begin to take over and it is difficult to shift into more life-giving states, the smoke from burning sage leaves can go a long way in bringing a balance and calm to your emotions.
