Restore Your Memories – Harmonize and synchronize with your true identity. Re-membering the promises as a child about yourself, this includes memory restoration (physical), remove any timeline trauma, Soul Trauma Healing and returning to your Designer Self. Your Designer self is your original design, valuable and unique to you. You cannot be replaced, and you cannot be misplaced if you do not try to be someone you are not.

One of the main goals of ‘Restore your Memories’ as a RIM is to help to restore your memory- this is about harmonizing your true identity.

  • Memory is the faculty of the brain by which data or information is encoded, stored, and retrieved when needed. It is the retention of information over time for the purpose of influencing future action.
  • Memories– something remembered from the past; a recollection.
  • Remember– have in or be able to bring to one’s mind an awareness of (someone or something that one has seen, known, or experienced in the past).

When we reach adulthood, we have hundreds of thousands of long-term and short-term memories.

When you move into Restore Your Memories you are restoring the memories that are already in you.

RYM-Member, you already have all you need to succeed inside your spirit.  You have everything in you for life and right living, that is, living that is out of the Love Palace rather than the Fear Pit.  All you have to do is remember Love.  Love is a Person; the Person of Creator. Eternity is within Him. Therefore, He is your Source of everything. You have access to abundance because He gives you access to a life of abundance. You are disconnecting from lack and poverty of ideas and resources and re-storing an abundance of ideas and resources. As your thoughts, words, feelings, and actions harmonize, you will attract solutions to your memory.

‘Restoring Your Memories’ can help you to understand that when you have a reoccurring memory that it is important to take some time to sit in the memory and ask Creator why the memory has surfaced. This can be a recent event or a childhood memory.  Taking this time can give you a greater understanding of your thoughts, beliefs, and actions. It is also important to understand why certain memories have been blocked, locked or stocked (stolen) or you may have a distant or unrealistic view of that certain memory.

RYMMz is a way of opening the relational and emotional circuits. This is a natural way of dealing with trauma because the memories are accessed organically. There is another aspect of the flow of emotions and memories not being blocked due to harmony of S33

Core memories are encounters with emotions that are so profound and powerful that they affect and shape our core beliefs and they can also continue to be shaped by present and future encounters and experiences. Our experiences and encounters with family from the womb to 12-13 years are a pivotal place of reference for the storage of emotions in our memory bank that help to create our core memories.

An example can be that many teenagers are disgusted when they remember childlike joyful memories, and this taints the truth about how they felt at the moment they experienced it because they are looking through a different timeline lens.

Initially, our core memories of love and connection are fueled by our experiences and encounters with life forces such as humans, animals, earth, etc…   but can be radically transformed when we have spiritual encounters/ experiences with the Essence of who Creator is and His Presence.

Memories surface in multiple ways;

  • An instant thought
  • Dreams- daytime and nighttime-When we sleep, we process our memories, emotions past present and future are accessed. Also, new programming occurs during our sleep, so thoughts trigger memories and emotions
  • Lingering emotions attached to a vivid picture
  • Memories can be triggered by sight, sound, smell, or imagery,
  • we can also have intent and purposeful to recover memories
  • Memories are stored as data in our bodies on a cellular level. Soma memories kick in when we re-store our memories.

We never truly lose our memories, if we don’t nurture or give significance to our memories, they get deleted and stored into our deep subconscious or non- conscious. It may take some work, but you can go back into retrieving your memories. If you have difficulty remembering, this work is very important for you.

How to remember (tell the stories, journal, talk about it)

Your future is in your stories-tell the story that Creator says not the story you are thinking in your mind. The Truth is to be repeated. The power is in your story. The time when He heals us, rescues us, etc. Retell the glory story. Have memorial stones or memorial items that carry meaning and memory.

Everyday experiences or encounters with emotions build and make our memories stronger. Memories and emotions can often be a marker for one another.

Writing things down allows a deeper connection to the complete person and helps to enable someone to have a more focused action. Your brain becomes still even for a moment as it is not processing other things and can help you to fully integrate the thought into the here and now. For this reason, writing things down can help our brains prioritize which we should focus on and act on at any given moment.

So, this is the importance of journaling and re-membering your memories.

Trauma Bonds to Time

(This information is based on Trauma Bonds to Time video recordings by Arthur Burk of Sapphire Leadership Group) Theslg.com

What is a Trauma Bond to Time?

It is not the thing that someone does to us that causes the trauma bond to time. It is our response to what has been done to us that produces it. When we have an expectation of Creator and sit in judgment on Him, or decide He is guilty when He does not vindicate us or intervene the way we expect or hope he will, we tend to ‘decide to decide” as Arthur Burk puts it. We make a decision that He cannot, will not come through for us and assume He doesn’t care about our situation.

  • You may have a trauma bond to time if a memory of a specific trauma doesn’t seem to fade, the pain won’t leave and there is a significant discrepancy between your current reality and the emotion that lingers surrounding that trauma.
  • You may have had many big or small traumas throughout life and you have been able to get over them and move on with no long-lasting effects. However, some traumas may remain especially ‘sticky’. You are not able to shake off the emotions that automatically get stirred up around that topic or person’s name when it comes up in conversation or your own stray thoughts.
  • You may have flashbacks to the events that hurt you. It is as if your emotions are stuck, back in time and place of the incident.
  • The trauma may seem very small and insignificant and may have occurred many years in the past, yet there is a disconnect between your memory of the incident and your emotions. (little memory, yet heavy emotion when triggered).
  • Your emotions are not consistent with your personality

For example, you may be a loving person who doesn’t harbor bitterness and resentment under normal circumstances; unforgiveness is not usually a problem for you, yet you tend to get ‘triggered’ whenever a particular person or topic is mentioned. You may cringe and shudder inside, feel a resistance, feel anger, bitterness, resentment, hatred or other heavy feelings that are uncharacteristic of your natural tendencies with other events whether major or minor.

Three Ways We May Handle Challenges in Life

  1. We may rely on and trust Creator as our God in most areas of life, yet we ‘decide’ that He doesn’t care about our pain in a particular area, so we feel justified in taking care of the situation ourselves instead of trusting Him. We ultimately end up being ‘God’ to ourselves.
  2. We break a rule or violate Creator’s law, ‘just this once’ since He ‘didn’t come through’ for us when we wanted or how we wanted.
  3. We then decide whether we will weigh the evidence. We decide whether He is good or not. Then when we decide He wasn’t good, we decide to break a rule or violate His law.

How to Break A Trauma Bond to Time

  1. Connect with the pain – do not deny it – Identify what occurred to produce your pain.
  2. Express your confusion – admit you are confused and pour out your pain to Creator. Tell Him how devastating the incident was and how you feel about your present circumstances in light of the offense. If you will find it difficult to move on from this, admit that also. Share your feelings of betrayal, insult, humiliation etc.
  3. Declare God’s goodness – Confess your judgment and His goodness despite what your circumstances look like- express your inability to make sense of the situation in light of His character.
