How to Work with Your Area of Intent
BE CONSISTENT!
“Start Every Day the RYMMz Way”
ORDER YOUR DAY ~ PLAN YOUR EVEN-ING:
Your Good Morning M.O.V.E. (Manifest Open Vibrant Energy) is to start your day the RYMMz Way.
Here is a suggestion for your Good Morning M.O.V.E. (Manifest Open Vibrant Energy) if you do not know where to begin. You may also incorporate this into your current routine. Simply adjust your activities by 7 minutes in the morning and evening.
Good Morning M.O.V.E.
(7 minutes minimum) Rise and Shine it’s RYMMz Running Time!–
Make powerful decrees over your day and speak out what you choose to see happen and choose not to see happen in your day. Your words have power.
Action #1:
Take a minute to Write them down in your journal and read them out loud daily. Your actions however, speak louder than your words. Therefore, coupled with those decrees, take massive action to practise mindfulness. Keep your Area of Intent at the forefront of your mind. We recommend you choose an area that involves something that affects a great percentage of your life/day.
Action #2:
Ask yourself:
- What would I love to experience in this area?
- Take 1½ minutes to write it in your journal.
- Notice the words you use to describe your vision
Action #3:
We suggest you make a list of daily statements that you will declare over your day and your life.
- Take 1 minute to write out as many as you can. One or two a day is wonderful. A few phrases or keywords will be sufficient.
- Read your list with the new declarations as you add them.
- Feel free to speak these decrees at any time during your day in addition to speaking them out first thing in the morning and before bed.
- Give your day a purpose – order your day – speak out loud what your plan for your day will be
- Make your decrees relevant to the Area of Intent you are currently working on.
Your Smooth EVEN-ing Groove
7 minute RYMMz Ritual – Where you ‘even out’ your day. You will have a deeper sleep.
Reconcile the things you did not get done. Make peace with them and carry them over to the next day without shame, frustration or blame. If you ‘freaked out’ outside of the Love–Light (love zone), ask Creator to forgive you, forgive yourself and make things right with the other person before the sun goes down if at all possible. If it is not possible, make it the next day at the latest. If you struggle with reconciling the day’s affairs, this may be the place to begin as your first ‘Area of Intent’.
Often, unresolved issues and conflicts during the day become plagues at night and are likely to lead to you having a lousy night’s sleep. This is life–limiting energy that must be released or converted to peaceful energy and calm by Releasing your eMotions (energy in motion) to your Maker in your EVEN-ing RYMMz Ritual.
How you do one thing is how you do anything.
What is one thing you can change that can change everything?
See where that may apply to your Area of Intent. See if you can find your particular pattern.
Notice the words you use to describe the issues surrounding your Area of Intent and this often leads to significant answers to those questions of:
- Why is this such an issue for me?
- Why do I behave this way instead of that?
- Who else do I behave like this with?
- What do they have in common?
- What am I afraid of?
- When do I act like this?
- Where else does this show up in my life?
- These are some types of questions that will lead to the core issues in your Area of Intent.
Tip: If you get stuck, Say, ‘I choose to know’. ‘I am continually moving forward in knowing, with grace and ease’. Try not to become frustrated. Stay positive.
As you continue to think, feel and choose, changes in your brain will occur and more answers will begin to surface. Continue to be consistent every day 7 -14 minutes per day in moving through the RYMMz.
Relax Your Muscles
Position your soma (body) to be in harmony with your ‘highest’ and best thoughts and feelings about yourself and your soma.
- Let go of any tension in your muscles
- Notice any tightness in various muscles or specific muscle groups.
- Feel which muscle groups are carrying pain.
- Take deep cleansing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth to slow down your breathing and relax your soma.
- Focus on those muscles carrying pain.
- Speak to your organs and body part
- Grace and ease. No pressure to perform.
- Notice your soma as a whole.
- Do you sense any areas of somatic symptoms (trauma stored in the body)?
As you Relax Your Muscles,
- pay attention to any stiffness or soreness in your muscles or joints.
- Where in your life besides your soma do you need to be a bit more flexible?
- Notice your thoughts. Are they producing tension in your soma and contraction of your muscles?
What can you do to feel better in your soma and prevent doctor and hospital bills?
- Besides being kind to your soma with your words, relax and rest, eat whole foods and avoid foods which neither nourish nor support health.
- Bless the body part that you’re not fond of.
Speak kindly to that ‘muffin top’, those ‘saddle-bags’, ‘big booty’ (rear end) or ‘skinny’ arms and legs. See your soma parts from a different perspective. See them as merely storing untapped potential…potential energy or needing a top up of power. Tension and stress over your soma’s shape and health can also be stored in your muscles. Relax. Worry is not going to change anything for the better and can only make matters worse. “Run it through the RYMMz.”
How to Nourish Your Soma with More Than Just Food
- Take a mini vacation from your worries by going for a walk in the park or a hike in the woods.
- Soaking your feet in a tub or a warm bath with some excellent quality essential oils after a hard day can do wonders for your body.
- Go for a run or a bike ride. Begin to thank Him for helping you with the challenge you’re having with your soma or whatever the case may be.
- A change of scenery can work wonders for relaxing muscle tension. Being in nature has a way of calming the human body.
- If you can’t get away, at least take your breaks allotted to you away from your desk while at work.
- Stretch when you can and avoid sitting longer than 3 hours in the day.
Take a moment (1 minute of rest from worry or work or whatever you are doing and Run through the RYMMz MOVE-Meant™ Sequence).
NOTE: If you need to do further stretching, find a stretching and/or workout program suitable to your fitness level. You may choose to consult your physician before embarking on anything exercise/fitness program.
If you have stiff joints, aches and pains, chronic or acute pain, consider that besides poor eating habits causing inflammation, injury, stress, and overworking the muscles, childhood and adult trauma can play a role in experiencing ongoing or even intermittent pain. Notice this without judgement.
Thoughts also can contribute to pain in our somas. Muscles easily tense and contract when our thoughts, words and feelings are out of harmony with Truth. Some people who have endured severe emotional, psychological and/or spiritual abuse may store the pain of their trauma in their somas and even experience body memories of that abuse. It is not uncommon for them to live with chronic back, sciatic, neck and shoulder pain with or without having been physically injured in those areas.
High quality essential oils go down to the DNA and nourish your cells and can help relieve pain. Peppermint oil is marvelous for pain reduction, stiffness and soreness in muscle tissue. You may decide to try inhaling and rubbing your muscles with your favourite essential oil before engaging in your RYMMz MOVE-Meant™ Sequence.
This is not a substitute for dealing with the root issue however. Pain relief is only a temporary solution and when your spirit, soul and soma are ready, these issues will naturally begin to stir as you are working through your Area of Intent. You do not have to go digging. It is important that you do not ignore the stirrings, memories, new thoughts etc. as these may be an indication that it’s time to deal with them.
The next time you have a problem to solve, “RYMMember! Run it through the RYMMz”
Relaxation Technique Exercise
As you relax thank the Maker for each body part- Start with the head and move down until you reach your feet.
As you go through the relaxation technique be sure to break off any word curses spoken over your body, recall any agreements against your body that you may have made, and any negative root words spoken over your body, by yourself or maybe even by others. Speak and release life and love into your body image or specific parts that you don’t particularly like, just thank the parts of your body that you are not fond of, release all anxiety, stress, or any somatic trauma that may be stored in parts of your body, take a moment to get in touch with your body.
If you have places that are always in consistent pain – bring those to remembrance now and release that pain, let go of it and declare that it doesn’t belong to your body and ask to know the source of it so it can be healed.

How to deal with Anxiety with RYMMz
How beautiful would it be to transform
dimensions of your life that you have struggled with, for what may seem like
forever?
Imagine a shift in those life limiting emotions that hinder you from moving forward and keep you stuck in a state of panic and torment!
Are you tired of being overwhelmed by stress and anxiety?
Discover how to MOVE (Manifest Open Vibrant Energy) into a new level of stress-less-ness.
Anxiety is defined by the online dictionary as, “a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome”. Panic on the other hand is defined as, “Sudden uncontrollable fear or anxiety, often causing wildly unthinking behaviour”.
According to a Medical News Today article, “How do you know if you’re having a panic or anxiety attack?” There are some similarities and differences between panic attacks and anxiety attacks.
The article states that generally, panic attacks are sudden and more intense than anxiety attacks. Anxiety tends to be linked to other mental health issues such as obsessive-compulsive disorder and trauma, and people with panic disorder are the ones mainly affected by these.
Ironically, panic attacks and anxiety attacks share some of the same symptoms because they are both produced by the autonomic nervous system:
- rapid heart rate
- chest pain
- dizziness
- shortness of breath
- numbness or tingling in the extremities
- throat constriction
- feelings of being smothered
With panic symptoms these tend to begin subsiding after about 10 minutes, although consecutive attacks may occur, giving the feeling that it is one long attack.
Symptoms of anxiety on the other hand follow periods of excessive worry. They are less intense than panic attacks and may become more apparent over a few minutes or hours. Anxiety attacks may include other symptoms such as:
- loss of concentration
- muscle pain
- fear
- dry mouth
- irritability
- fatigue, restlessness and sleep disturbances
- worry and distress
When a person is having a panic attack, anxiety attack or is in a state of stress, which could lead to distress, it is often difficult to make the emotional shift to more life-giving states at will by themselves and it could take anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour for these symptoms to subside. Consider this continuing over a period of days, weeks or even months. It can feel like an eternity when you are the one experiencing it.
Dr. Lissa Rankin in her book “The Fear Cure” states that, “Any untended fearful anxious thoughts, causes anxiety which triggers a threat response in the nervous system, which lights up the amygdala and activates a whole cascade of hormones preparing you to fight or flee the danger. These stress hormones, like cortisol, epinephrine, and norepinephrine, weaken the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms and predispose you to almost every kind of disease, including cancer, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and chronic pain, but especially the #1 killer—heart disease.
She states the average North American experiences over 50 stress responses per day. Then there’s the impact of these stress hormoneson the emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical body. Stress can compromise us— in all these areas as well socially and financially.
Why Do People Have Anxiety?
Anxiety can run in families. Or a person might develop anxiety after something terrible or traumatic happens, like a car crash. Sometimes certain medical illnesses and their medications have warnings that they can cause feelings of anxiety. Gabor Mate in his book ‘The Body Says NO, the cost of hidden stress’ also shares that anxiety can be a result of abusing alcohol or other drugs, like cocaine.
Another part of the explanation has to do with the different chemicals in the cells of the brain. How the chemicals in our brain are balanced can affect how we feel and act. One of these chemicals is serotonin. Serotonin is one of the brain chemicals that helps send information from one brain cell to another. But for some people with anxiety, this brain chemical system doesn’t always seem to work the way it should.
With certain anxiety, it’s like having the fight or flight response stuck in the ON position — even when there is no real danger. That sometimes makes it hard to function and focus on everyday tasks.
When stress and anxiety occur, or a panic attack strikes, a deep breathing technique can help bring your heart-rate down and your emotional state back to normal.
Deep concentrated breathing can help you to slow down your breathing and empower you to refocus your energy and attention. Instead of being consumed by those all-encompassing feelings of panic or anxious thoughts which can lead to an anxiety attack in the first place, you have the presence of mind to be able to choose to shift your focus to the One who is greater than your circumstances. You can choose to RYMMember that there is help nearby. You can decide your outcome.
When concentrated breathing is practised during a time of stress or crisis, it can help bring your heart-rate down, can reduce blood pressure, your muscles will release the tension, you will begin to relax and your emotional state will slowly return back to normal,
Because we have already ‘primed the pump’ and prepared your mind ahead of time with the RYMMz MOVE-Meant™ Meditation (7 MOVE-Meant™ sequence, plus the 7 RYMMz Pathways), your brain is already being intentional. Therefore, by being purposive with focused breathing as a practise, before you need it in a crisis, it will be the gateway to the RYMMz during times of emotional crisis.
The very act of being mindful and beginning to notice the signs of an anxiety attack can help to avert one. When times of deep stress, anxiety or full on panic attack occurs your spirit will inform your mind which will inform your brain to RYMMember.
Note: We cannot emphasize enough how important it is to practise when you are not in a heightened emotional state so that when you are in that state you will be of sound mind to think through the process. You may not have an external source, someone outside you to remind you to breathe.
